We want you to love your bedding as much as we love curating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility Criteria:

• Items must be in unwashed, unused, and resalable condition.
• Original packaging, care labels, and tags must remain intact.
• Please include your order slip or order confirmation number with the package.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Send an email to support@globalmartstore.co.uk with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Our support team will issue a return authorization and return address label.
3. Once inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
